About

Who I am

Conscious. Connected. Authentic.

I enjoy working with people.
With their questions, changes, and what moves them.

On my path, I’ve had the chance to meet many different people, cultures, and realities of life.
Again and again, I’ve experienced how much can emerge when people meet each other with honesty, attentiveness, and appreciation.

Today, it’s important to me to create spaces where authenticity and simply being are welcome.

I like the quiet nuances, listening, noticing.
The small moments when something becomes clearer—not through pressure, but through calm.

Much of what has shaped me comes from encounters, from travel, from times of searching and pausing.
From nature.
From silence.
And from the trust that each person knows their own rhythm.

I accompany people for part of their journey.

Not to prescribe anything or change you, but to hold space for what wants to show itself.

With an open eye for what matters—and an open heart for life.

What moves me

Connection

I believe in the power of genuine connection.
Where people meet openly and honestly, closeness and trust arise—and sometimes a new perspective on life.

Clarity

In stillness, we often find much of what we’re looking for.
When it gets quieter on the outside, what’s within becomes easier to hear again.

ORIENTATION

There are times when we realign.
Pausing can help you sense your own path more consciously again.

DEPTH & PRESENCE

With attention, calm, and true presence, space for change emerges—without any pressure.

LIGHTNESS

Not everything has to be heavy to be meaningful.
Sometimes lightness arises precisely where we’re willing to meet the heaviness, too.

CULTIVATED EXPERIENCE

For over 25 years, I have been working with people in companies and organizations – in various roles, cultures, and change processes.

Taking responsibility, guiding people, and connecting diverse perspectives have shaped my professional path.

In parallel, for many years I have intensively explored various approaches to personal and holistic development – from Western and Eastern traditions, modern science, and my own experience.

Today, I combine these diverse experiences in my work at Soul Culture.

Not every method suits every person. Therefore, my focus is not on the method, but on the individual – and what supports them in that particular moment.

This fosters spaces for clarity, development, and new perspectives. Personal. Individual. And always at eye level.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
BEGINS WITH ENCOUNTER.
