I enjoy working with people.
With their questions, changes, and what moves them.<\/p>\n

On my path, I\u2019ve had the chance to meet many different people, cultures, and realities of life.
Again and again, I\u2019ve experienced how much can emerge when people meet each other with honesty, attentiveness, and appreciation.<\/p>\n

Today, it\u2019s important to me to create spaces where authenticity and simply being are welcome.<\/p>\n

I like the quiet nuances, listening, noticing.
The small moments when something becomes clearer\u2014not through pressure, but through calm.<\/p>\n

Much of what has shaped me comes from encounters, from travel, from times of searching and pausing.
From nature.
From silence.
And from the trust that each person knows their own rhythm.<\/p>\n

I accompany people for part of their journey.<\/p>\n

Not to prescribe anything or change you, but to hold space for what wants to show itself.<\/p>\n

For over 25 years, I have been working with people in companies and organizations \u2013 in various roles, cultures, and change processes.<\/p>\n

Taking responsibility, guiding people, and connecting diverse perspectives have shaped my professional path.<\/p>\n

In parallel, for many years I have intensively explored various approaches to personal and holistic development \u2013 from Western and Eastern traditions, modern science, and my own experience.<\/p>\n

Today, I combine these diverse experiences in my work at Soul Culture.<\/p>\n

Not every method suits every person. Therefore, my focus is not on the method, but on the individual \u2013 and what supports them in that particular moment. <\/p>\n
